Elle Girl Japan Debut.

Well, sometimes you have days where you get shot by the selby AND you see a spread in elle girl japan you were in on the same day. So much for being shy.

ArtWrit.

I periodically write for ArtWrit, and love so much doing so. The newest issue is out now with a piece i wrote about the Sunflower Seeds by Ai WeiWei in the Turbine Hall at the Tate Modern. Check it out!

Seeing Yourself.

This past sunday at Violet seemed to be the day the bloggers all descended on the shop. Two of my favorite london blogs b. ferry and this is naive came and captured incredibly stunning images of the shop and all of the glory of it's little details. It's funny seeing yourself, and the place you spend so much time, up on a website you frequently visit. It makes you feel removed, like you're looking at yourself in a fishbowl.

New Job!

(photos by this is naive)

Exciting news! After a bit of a break after doing that little thing called a master's course, i'm back in the work force. This time it's in London, and as ever, i've been hired to help do tedious organization, except in a cupcake shop! And not just any cupcake shop. It's the cutest cupcake shop in town, and run by the loveliest owner. Yay! Cupcakes for everyone!

Sums It All Up.

This gingerbread cookie's face pretty much echoes how i feel today. A presentation every week and two essays in seven days = not fun.

Ramblings.

Today i basically finished my work. No one else is done yet, which means i get to sit around a lot with people who are still stressed out about finishing the long papers we have to write at the end of term. So, while i sit in my room and they read War and Peace, and fiction stories by their classmates, i look at things like how to make ice cubes with roses in them. Seriously though, D has read thousands of pages of War and Peace and all i can do is look at blogs. My brain is fried, i need to do something really tedious and crafty. Maybe i'll make a summer duvet cover. Hmmmmmm. Who knows where this boredom might lead. For now, i'll sit and muse over useless things that pop up on blogs.
